We, parents of kids with disabilities, founded a NON-GOVERNMENTAL ORGANIZATION «WeCan». Our mission is to provide support individuals with Down syndrome and Autism spectrum disorder and related disabilities through awareness, education, information, programs, services, and the exchange of ideas and experiences. We opened a center for kids with disabilities. We continually strive toward full acceptance, full access, full potential and a full life to make the best supported state for people with disabilities and their loved ones.

Exactly for this purpose, in particular, we have created this site.
